• The project consist construction of Hypermarket and food store at Al Wadi Al Khair, Muscat.
• This is a 3 storied building constructed with structural steel frame on concrete footings. All the suspended slabs are composite .The roof is covered with sandwich panel sheet. The internal areas are separated with masonry walls and plasterboard partition. The external perimeter walls are cavity walls with insulation.
• Total build up area is 15,264 sqm
